Got this as a gift and they loved it!! Really simple and makes yummy drinks.

Froths well but falls over a lot Jul 14, 2010
This is a really cute little gadget with one problem! It foams the milk very well and makes the coffee taste great but the stand is cheap and the thing is top heavy so it falls over A LOT! I have this about two years and it worked well up until last night when it fell for the fiftieth time and finally smashed! If they would only make the stand better it would get five stars. I'm going to have to try the Aerolatte this time. It looks like the stand is more sturdy. I hope the machine works as well as the Primo.

PURCHASED MINE ON MARCH 27, DIED ON JUNE 18. COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND PRODUCT AND REFERS YOU TO A WEB SITE TO BUY ANOTHER ONE WHEN YOU E-MAIL AND ASK FOR A REPLACEMENT. I'LL BE LOOKING FOR DIFFERENT PRODUCT FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY THIS TIME, YOU NEED TO DO THE SAME

I have one of this already. I bought an extra one for my mother in law (yes i know i want to earn some points there). My wife took it all the way to Venezuela and they already tried it. They love it. I recommend it 100%.
It is more expensive that others around but it is more well constructed that others i saw around
